A weekly 5 minute reset for your week ahead

Hi, I'm Jenn — and a few years ago I started being intentional about looking for the positive. That led me to making myself a worksheet every Sunday morning. Nothing fancy. Just a page to sit with: what's on my mind, what I'm grateful for, what I want to carry into the week.

It became the steadiest part of my week. The thing that helped me feel like I had my feet under me before Monday arrived.

So I started sharing it. Each week I write a short reflection — a story from my own life, a question worth sitting with, a small shift in how I'm seeing things — and I pair it with a worksheet designed around that theme.

It's called Still Good because that's what I keep coming back to. No matter the week. Things are still good.

A Story

Each edition opens with a short personal piece — a moment from my week, something I noticed, a thread I couldn't stop pulling.

A Reflection

A question or prompt to turn over in your own mind — something to bring to your worksheet, your journal, or just a quiet cup of coffee.
